Emiliacouture Fall/Winter 2019-2020 fashion line for Inamorata 3.0 is a tribute to Alexander McQueen's fabulous tartan haute couture designs. I wanted to evoke the feel of McQueen's iconic Highland Rape collection using similar materials, but without copying the actual designs. Instead I have made pieces that could be part of the collection yet following current trends. Biker red biased cut tartan is made delicately feminine by black lace and torn white ruffles, and black leather adds a harder edge to few select pieces.
