Eyes:
- Exchangeable Eyes with either realistic size 2mm or cartonish 3mm iris. (The eyes are blank if you buy a blank head, or they can be painted to your specifications with "painting add-on service/OOAK", or "Custom Eyes Painting Service).
If you want to commission a OOAK doll, add "OOAK painting service" into your cart. After purchasing, REPLY TO YOU CONFIRMATION EMAIL and describe the concept for your doll. You can attach inspiration photos for the hair and make up.
*NOTE: This is a PREORDER and the casting will take around 4-5 months to complete before blank items arrive for quality check and final touches. I will email you when the blank dolls arrive and are ready to ship.
If you order painted/OOAK items your item will go to the commission waiting list based on the order of completed payments. Dark resin items will have to wait until Spring as cannot be UV sealed during the winter cold (the UV coating turns milky). I will paint the 15 dolls as fast as I can, but my working pace is slowed due to my arthitis so please be patient. Art takes time. Expected wait time for OOAK dolls is 6-14 months.

Layaway Info & How-to Apply In Your Cart
- LayAway is ONLY available if a doll package is purchased.
- Buy it now: Full payment. The blank doll will ship as soon as it arrives from the caster. OOAK doll will be first in line for painting.
- 50-50: The preorder deposit is 50% of your total order. To do this, you must enter the layaway code of "LAYAWAY50" (without quotes) at checkout (need help? click here.). The remainder is due when the dolls arrive from the caster and your doll will ship as soon as you have paid. OOAKs go to a waiting list.
- Layaway 3 months: The preorder deposit is 50% of your total order. To do this, you must enter the layaway code of "LAYAWAY3" (without quotes) at checkout (need help? click here.). The remainder is due in monthly installments and your doll will ship as soon as you have paid. OOAKs go to a waiting list.
- Layaway 6 months: The preorder deposit is 50% of your total order. To do this, you must enter the layaway code of "LAYAWAY6" (without quotes) at checkout (need help? click here.). The remainder is due in monthly instalments and your doll will ship as soon as you have paid. OOAKs go to a waiting list.
Pre-Orders Policy
The preorder has a non refundable 50% deposit. The dolls will be cast per order and the casting time is approximately 4-6 months beginning from the end of the preorder period, 28th of September.
Shipping Policy
When shipped with doll, UPS courier mail with insurance and tracking. Please open and check your package withing 24h of delivery and report of it to Emilia and your local UPS in case of damage.
Shipped separately, small items can be shipped as a priority letter. Priority mail is not insured so we are not liable for damage or loss.
