Eyes:
- Exchangeable Eyes with either realistic size 2mm or cartonish 3mm iris. (The eyes are blank if you buy a blank head, or they can be painted to your specifications with "painting add-on service/OOAK", or "Custom Eyes Painting Service).
If you want to commission a OOAK doll, add "OOAK painting service" into your cart. After purchasing, REPLY TO YOU CONFIRMATION EMAIL and describe the concept for your doll. You can attach inspiration photos for the hair and make up.
*NOTE: This is a PREORDER and the casting will take around 4-5 months to complete before blank items arrive for quality check and final touches. I will email you when the blank dolls arrive and are ready to ship.
If you order painted/OOAK items your item will go to the commission waiting list based on the order of completed payments. Dark resin items will have to wait until Spring as cannot be UV sealed during the winter cold (the UV coating turns milky). I will paint the 15 dolls as fast as I can, but my working pace is slowed due to my arthitis so please be patient. Art takes time. Expected wait time for OOAK dolls is 6-14 months.

Layaway Info & How-to Apply In Your Cart
- LayAway is ONLY available if a doll package is purchased.
- Buy it now: Full payment. The blank doll will ship as soon as it arrives from the caster. OOAK doll will be first in line for painting.
- 50-50: The preorder deposit is 50% of your total order. To do this, you must enter the layaway code of "LAYAWAY50" (without quotes) at checkout (need help? click here.). The remainder is due when the dolls arrive from the caster and your doll will ship as soon as you have paid. OOAKs go to a waiting list.
- Layaway 3 months: The preorder deposit is 50% of your total order. To do this, you must enter the layaway code of "LAYAWAY3" (without quotes) at checkout (need help? click here.). The remainder is due in monthly installments and your doll will ship as soon as you have paid. OOAKs go to a waiting list.
- Layaway 6 months: The preorder deposit is 50% of your total order. To do this, you must enter the layaway code of "LAYAWAY6" (without quotes) at checkout (need help? click here.). The remainder is due in monthly instalments and your doll will ship as soon as you have paid. OOAKs go to a waiting list.
Pre-Orders Policy
This is a preorder with a 50% deposit. The dolls will be cast per order and the casting time is approximately 3 months beginning from the end of the preorder period, 9th of June 2019 (or until sold out).
Shipping Policy
Your doll package will ship with global EMS with tracking and full insurance. The delivery times can be affected by the pandemic so please be patient. Shipping is only done after full payment is received.
UPDATE Septerber 30th:
Japan Post EMS is now available to many Asian and European Countries!
Due to the Covid19 pandemic Japan Post office has suspended EMS and international mail to many countries, including USA and Russia. Please check the Japan Post website to see if your location is on the list:

For those in USA, UPS and DHL are available but their prices are quite high. Last I checked, packages to USA were 140-250usd and to Russia (corporate addresses only) an astronomical 490usd. I so hope global infrastructure will recover soon.
However, I do accept commission work and am happy to offer long layaway plans for those who want to buy blank dolls and commission OOAKs. Commissions take time to complete and hopefully by the time the dolls are ready the mail will run again. Thank you all for your understanding and support!
Returns & Damaged Shipment Policy
Returns: There are no returns.
Damaged Shipment Policy: Please open you package as soon as you receive it and photograph any damage, including packaging, for your local the post office insurance claim. Do not throw away any of the packaging.
Contact me via emiliacouture@gmail.com with your contact info, tracking number and photos of damaged items.
US Post confiscates and destroys all damaged items given to them, so don't give them OOAKs that might be repairable!
If there is a manufacturing flaw I will fix it. If your dolls takes a fall I fill try to get replacement parts to sell you and restore her.
